Infrastructure required to support the conda ecosystem.
The conda ecosystem does not work without infrastructure to support it. Channels that host and serve packages need to be created and maintained. Package submission and publishing processes need to be as streamlined as much as possible to make channels tractable. Channels, and plugins, need to be discoverable to be useful. All of this counts as infrastructure.
