Staged-recipes pull request backup

How does one search the staged-recipes pull requests for packages that:

  1. are passing all their tests
  2. have requested a review
  3. are not yet under review

This would enable one to determine where their request is relative to the current backup. It seems that the label review-requested covers item 2, but I have not found labels for the other items above; see

Perhaps it would help to have a description for each of these labels.

I requested a review for the python package xrst on Feb 6: see

Over a month has passed and it has not yet been reviewed (at least not that I can see in the pull request).

Is this a normal wait time for a python package ?

Is there something that the people submitting packages can do to help with the review of other packages (to help seed things up) ?
